Starting in 1997 with World Courier in customer service and sales department I have supported several pharmaceutical companies in shipping highly valuable samples and investigational drugs.  The industries are mostly asking for very specific temperature requirements and are interested in learning the strengths and weaknesses of Life Sciences Logistic. In my role as Training Manager, I have been developing procedures and systems to transfer my experience to colleagues in supporting the teams in customer care and consultancy.
My current role includes delivering pertinent knowledge and updates on latest industry developments via presentations, conferences, workshops and discussion groups for industry professionals.
