• 10:45 am – 11:30 am: World Courier and Customer Service Update
• 11:30 am – 12:30 am: Station tour, including:
o Overview of our 9,600 sq ft. warehouse and office space
o Certified Cargo Screening facility with ETD scanning machine
o Ample multi-use packaging storage, reducing reliance on placement from other stations
o 5 reach-in freezers (-25°C / -15°C), 2 reach-in freezers (-30°C / -22°C), 3 reach-in fridges (+2°C / +5°C),
1 walk-in fridge 10’ x 10’ (+2°C / +8°C), 1 CAR 1,000 sq ft. (+15°C / +25°C)
o Day in the life of a shipment includes, cold chambers, and package preparation
o Packaging roadshow – featuring our various packaging options
• 12:30pm: Lunch
• 1:15pm: Clinical Trial Logistics presentation
• 1:50pm: Customer portal demonstration
• 2:30pm: Individual meetings
