Meet our speaker
Starting in 1997 with World Courier in customer service and sales department, she has supported several pharmaceutical companies in shipping highly valuable samples and investigational drugs. The industries are mostly asking for very specific temperature requirements and are interested in learning the strengths and weaknesses of Life Sciences Logistics. In her role as Training Manager, she has been developing procedures and systems to transfer her experience to colleagues in supporting the teams in customer care and consultancy. Her current role includes delivering pertinent knowledge and updates on the latest industry developments via presentations, conferences, workshops, and discussion groups for industry professionals.
