What can you look forward to at this event?
- Walk your shipment with us: Embark on an immersive facility tour that explores the different steps in the shipping process. Get first-hand exposure to each step in our streamlined operations, culminating with a visit to our newly expanded and renovated warehouse.
- Introduction to our packaging solutions: As part of the tour, we will showcase our cutting-edge packaging solutions designed to handle pharmaceutical products across various temperature ranges.
- Guest speaker: An enlightening session by our in-house cell and gene therapy expert Dr. Andrea Zobel. She will be discussing trends in pharmaceutical research (personalized therapies, CGTs, and radiopharmaceuticals) and their special logistics requirements.
- Information sessions within the facility:
Carsten Frank, Head of Customs, will lead an informational session on customs procedures to further enhance your knowledge on international trade and ensure you are caught up with the latest developments.
Anna Ellerbrock, Clinical Trial Consultant, will present an informational session on innovative solutions, highlighting the Customer Portal and other platforms
Agne Siusaite, Customer Service Control Center Manager (NCEE), will give an opportunity to learn about Cencora Shared Service Center in Vilnius, the efforts of team integrations and will introduce the After Hour team in Vilnius.
- Networking opportunity: We wrap the day up with time dedicated for networking, providing you with the chance to engage further with experts from World Courier, and other like-minded industry professionals.

10:15 am – 12:30 pm: Facility tour “Join your shipment on its journey” through customer services, operations and warehouse area, along with three information sessions during the tour.
Information session one: Carsten Frank, Head of Customs, on customs procedures
Information session two: Anna Ellerbrock, Clinical Trial Consultant, on innovative solutions and Customer Portal (CP)
Information session three: Agne Siusaite, Customer Service Control Center Manager, on Shared Service Center and After Hour Team
12:30 – 12:45 pm: Gathering at warehouse gate with Q&A session
12:45 – 2:00 pm: Lunch and networking, including food truck outside the facility
2:00 – 3:00 pm: Presentation by Andrea Zobel, Senior Director, Personalized Supply Chain.
The future holds many exciting developments in the pharma industry. We are seeing a growing demand for specialized logistics solutions, particularly in the handling of personalized therapies, cell and gene therapies (CGT), as well as radiopharmaceuticals. Andrea will explore these topics in her presentation, providing us with insights into the trends in pharmaceutical research and the associated logistical requirements.
