Join us for an exclusive open house in Lyon and get a closer look at how we support clinical and commercial pharmaceutical logistics across every step of the shipment journey. This event is designed for customers who would like to better understand our operations, meet the teams behind their shipments, and see firsthand how our local capabilities connect with critical transport infrastructure.

During the Lyon open house, you will have the opportunity to:

- Visit Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport and gain insight into key logistics touchpoints
- Tour our Lyon facility and see our operations up close
- Learn more about how we support the secure movement of healthcare and pharmaceutical products
Agenda
Participants will be divided into two groups, so those who do not go to the airport in the morning will take part in the facility tour at the office, and vice versa in the afternoon.
9:15am – 9:45am: Welcome and coffee / Official welcoming Nicolas Guerreau
9:45am – 10:00am: Welcome presentation by Nicolas Guerreau, Country Manager France and Marcos Lacués, Regional Sales and Marketing Director
10:00am – 12:30pm: Guided Tour of WFS Handler
- WFS, the World’s largest air cargo handler, will open a new air cargo cargo terminal in the CargoPort area of Lyon St Exupery airport
- Area of 4400 m2 of Temperature-controlled capacity dedicated for pharmaceutical shipments
- Visit the new cold storage facilities to understand the handling of temperature-sensitive products
12:30pm – 1:45pm: Lunch break
1:45pm – 2:00pm: Organization of the second group
2:00pm – 2:30pm: Quick Sales Presentation – Update & Innovation
- Brief update on recent innovations
- Include any global topics if relevant (e.g., new technologies, partnerships, sustainability initiatives). RTTM, RLT business, Sustainability
2:30pm - 3:15pm: Ground Presentation of the TCV 20 Cbm, by one experienced driver – World Courier.
3:15pm - 4:30pm: Office and Warehouse visit – Workflow Simulation. Abdel Khoussi, Laurence Guderzo and Paolo de Freitas

4:30pm – 4:45pm: Closing of the day. Recap of the key highlights from the day and a dedicated Q&A session.
