We're delighted to invite you to our open house for a tour of our facility, an insight and demonstration on our temperature control packaging systems, and to meet our team in New Hyde Park over morning or afternoon tea.

Packaging demonstration: Deep dive into our suite of temperature-controlled packaging solutions and discover how we prepare and handle cold chain packaging with precision

Process flows: Learn more about World Courier's global processes ensuring quality from the first point of call, to packaging preparation, shipment pick up to delivery

10:00 am – 10:30 am: Enjoy a meet & greet over coffee
10:30 am – 10:50 am: Introduction and World Courier Updates
10:50 am - 11:00 am: Bio Break
11:00 am – 12:15 pm: Station tour, including:
- Facility overview: 86,000 sq ft area. Warehouse space (31,000 sq ft) and office space (55,000 sq ft)
- Vehicle count: 7 trucks (5 Straight, 2 tractor-trailers), 31 cargo vans
- Warehouse Capacity – 2,000 liters LN2, 8 Cocoon (live shipments), - 8 Active Units, 40 Cocoon (storage)
- CFS Capacity- 4 Cocoon, 100 – loose shipments
- Equipped with: Blast conditioner (1), Walk-in units (2x Refrigerators / 2x Freezers), 5x Stand-up Freezers / 3x Chest Freezers
- Packaging roadshow – featuring our various packaging options – GTC, GDI, as well as Cocoons VIP's and Dry shippers
12:15 pm- 1:00 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Meet our SME's and ask your questions (Clinical Trials, CGT, Brokerage, Commercial, QA, etc.)
2:30 pm onwards: Individual meetings

*We will be conducting one-on-one meetings with customers from 2:30 pm onwards. To meet with any of our World Courier Representatives at our Open House, please contact your Sales Representative to schedule a meeting.
