We're delighted to invite you to our open house for a tour of our facility, an insight and demonstration on our temperature control packaging systems, and to meet our team in Mississauga over morning or afternoon tea.

Facility tour: Tour our new GxP certified facility and see the World Courier difference

Packaging demonstration: Deep dive into our suite of temperature-controlled packaging solutions and discover how we prepare and handle cold chain packaging with precision

Process flows: Learn more about World Courier's global processes ensuring quality from the first point of call, to packaging preparation, shipment pick up to delivery

Network with key World Courier associates: Our team will be here to speak with you, and refreshments will be provided. If you have any dietary needs/allergies, please indicate them on the registration page.

Join your shipment on its journey

10:00 am – 10:30 am: Welcome and coffee
10:30 am – 11:30 am: World Courier Updates
11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Station tour, including:
- Overview of our 13,675 sq ft. This space is split between warehouse and office space
- Our general warehouse: Divided for unconditioned supplies storage area warehouse 5000 sqft conditioned +21ºC warehouse of 7000sqft of ambient room space. Mainly used for conditioning Gels and Cocoon storage packaging preparation area.
- Certified Cargo Screening facility
- 15’ x 20' (+2°C / 8°C) walk-in cooler for storage
- 10' x 20' (-25°C / -15°C) walk-in Freezer used for conditioning gels as well as overnight storage if needed
- 2 stand-alone upright freezers (-30°C / –22°C)
- Packaging roadshow – featuring our various packaging options – GTC, GDI, as well as Cocoons VIP's and Dry shippers
12:30 pm- 1:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Customer portal demonstration
2:00 pm onwards: Individual meetings

*We will be conducting one-on-one meetings with customers from 2:00 pm onwards. To meet with any of our World Courier Representatives at our Open House, please contact your Sales Representative to schedule a meeting.
