At World Courier, we are expanding our global presence and capabilities with major investments in our facilities and cold chain solutions. These changes are designed to enhance our ability to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our biopharma partners and ensure critical medication and innovative products can reach patients around the world.
We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity to meet our representatives and gain a first-hand look of this high-tech facility.
Agenda
• 10:00am – 10:30am: Welcome and Coffee
• 10:30am – 11:30am: Introduction and World Courier Updates
• 11:30am – 12:30pm: Station tour, including:
o Overview of our 29,000 sq ft. warehouse and office space
o Our general warehouse, equipped with 350 pallet positions and 3 dock doors
o Certified Cargo Screening facility with ETD scanning machine
o Ample multi-use packaging storage, reducing reliance on placement from other stations
o 12’x20’x9.5’ (-15°C / -25°C), 12’x20’x9.5’ (+2°C / 8°C) walk-in cooler
o 3 deep freezers 28”x24”x56” (upright), 59”x18”x26” (chest deep)
Freezers will include a blast conditioner in the coming months.
o On-site Customer Service team to handle customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
o Day in the life of a shipment includes, cold chambers, package preparation, and more.
o Packaging roadshow – featuring our various packaging options
• 12:30pm: Lunch
• 1:15pm: Customer portal demonstration
• 1:45pm: Individual meetings*
