At World Courier, we are expanding our global presence and capabilities with major investments in our facilities and cold chain solutions. These changes are designed to enhance our ability to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our biopharma partners and ensure critical medication and innovative products can reach patients around the world.
We are pleased to offer a unique opportunity to meet our representatives and gain a first-hand look of this high-tech facility.
Agenda
- 10:00 am – 10:30 am: Welcome and coffee
- 10:30 am – 12:00 pm: Introduction, World Courier updates and station tour including:
- Overview of our 34,000 sq ft. warehouse and office space, conveniently located 15 minutes from O'Hare
- Our general warehouse, is equipped with: 400 pallet positions and 10 dock doors of various size, ensuring we have the capability to unload different type of vehicles
- Certified Cargo Screening Facility: we offer on-site screening to save time when exporting shipments domestically and internationally
- Ample Multi-Use Packaging Storage: centrally located, WCORD offers a wide array of packaging to all locations within the U.S.
- Temperature-Controlled space: four chambers with temperatures of +15°C / +25°C, +2°C / +8°C, -20C and –30C to meet a variety of storage needs.
- A blast conditioner: Significantly expedites lead times for packaging readiness
- Packaging roadshow – showcasing our various packaging options
- 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: Lunch
- 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm: CGT Overview & Customer portal demonstration
- 1:30 pm: Individual meetings*
