• 10:45 am – 11:15 am: World Courier Update & Customer Service Update
• 11:15 am – 12:30 am: Station tour, including:
o Overview of our 18,000 sq ft. warehouse and office space
o Certified Cargo Screening facility with ETD scanning machine
o Ample multi-use packaging storage, reducing reliance on placement from other stations
o 1 walk-in freezer 10.9’ x 27.2’ (-15°C / -25°C), 2 stand-up freezers 23 cu. ft. (-26°C / -32°C)
o 1 walk-in fridge 16.6' x 27.2' (+2°C / +5°C), CAR-1 190 sq ft. (+19°C / +23°C)
o LN2 capabilities – to be able to handle dry shippers and replenishments
o A Day in the life of a shipment includes, cold chambers, and package preparation
o Packaging roadshow – featuring our various packaging options

• 1:15 pm: CGT Presentation
• 1:50 pm: Customer portal demonstration
• 2:15 pm: Individual meetings*
