Dangerous Goods Virtual Training: Finland

World Courier’s specialized 1-day Dangerous Goods virtual training course is exclusively for the shipping of pharmaceutical class 6.2 (biological substances Category B) and class 9 (dry ice) substances as identified under IATA’s current Dangerous Goods Regulations directive.

It has been designed specifically for biopharmaceutical professionals involved in the transport of clinical trial patient specimens and other regulated biological materials.

The training is required for employees in the biopharma industry such as scientists, pharmacists, study staff and all colleagues who are involved in international sample transports with dry ice.

Topics covered in this course include:

• Shipment classification
• Packing
• Marking
• Labelling
• Required documentation for shipping biopharmaceutical Dangerous Goods
• Changes to current IATA DG regulations and appropriate field response

The course will be delivered virtually by a World Courier Dangerous Goods certified instructor. It is ideal for multi-site participation, up to 10 attendees and will close with an exam to get the approved certification.
