Video: What lessons can the commercial supply chain take from the clinical supplies model?

By World Courier

World Courier uses our expertise and experience to deal with custom requirements before the commercial supply chain has to think about them. Hear from Sam Herbert, President of World Courier as he discusses the lessons we have learnt.

The interesting thing about the clinical supply chain is we're forced to deal with innovative products and customise requirements long before the commercial supply chain ever has to think about them. This has been true with cold chain over the years, controlled room temperature, and recently with Cell and Gene therapy. What we're seeing is as those products move to commercial, we already have the capability to build. We're seeing that clinical supply chain transition in the commercial supply chain, given those requirements and capabilities exist.
