Reflecting on our origins, the establishment of our inaugural depot in Argentina in 2004 laid the groundwork for World Courier's long commitment to creating a globally interconnected network dedicated to pharmaceutical solutions. Back then, it was just a couple of team members handling a few shipments each week. two decades later, and we've evolved into a powerhouse with 18 strategically positioned depots worldwide, supporting hundreds of trials every month. Over these two decades, our journey has been marked by tenacity for quality, and innovative evolution that have shaped our operations, and services we provide to our partners.

What do World Courier depots do?
World Courier's 18 global depots serve as crucial links in the pharmaceutical supply chain, offering secure and compliant storage facilities for investigational medicinal products (IMPs), commercial drugs, and ancillaries. These depots follow good manufacturing practice (GMP) guidelines to ensure the quality of these products is maintained.
Each depot is designed with advanced temperature control systems, providing bespoke temperature zones from controlled ambient to frozen conditions. Many of our depots also have liquid nitrogen recharging, and cryogenic storage capabilities for specialized pharmaceuticals such as cell and gene therapies (CGTs) that require extremely low temperatures as low as -200°C. This ensures each product is stored under its optimal conditions, preserving its efficacy and safety. Beyond storage, our depots also offer services like expiry update labeling and distribution facilitation.
