Global thermal container (GTC)

 

 

What you will receive:

• An outer carton
• A box with a vacuum insulated panels (VIP) interior
• An inner bag
• Phase change materials (PCMs)
• A pre-started logger (in some cases, secondary packaging such as an inner box may also be included)

Packaging the product:

1. Open the external cardboard lid (external protective cardboard) 
2. Open the polyethylene (PE) lid
3. If the pickup is not conducted in a temperature-controlled area, it is necessary to complete the following steps quickly:
 
• Remove the top VIP panel and place it aside
• Remove the top PCM and place it aside
• Take out the logger (if applicable), activate it by pressing the start button, and inspect it to ensure it is not alarmed
• Remove the product from the temperature-controlled area (refrigerator, freezer, or controlled ambient room) and prepare it for loading
4. Load the product into the inner bag (or inner carton, if applicable)
5. Place the top PCM back on the product
6. Place the top VIP panel back on top of the PCMs
7. Close the PE lid
8. Close the external cardboard box

Pickup notes:

• The World Courier driver will complete the logger and any other necessary checks.
