As Vice President Human Resources, John leads the global human resources team at World Courier. He has over 20 years experience in related roles, starting his career in Law and Talent Acquisition before moving into HR. He previously worked at Callcredit Information Group (now TransUnion UK) as Group Business Change Director, leading numerous operational, cultural and regulatory enterprise transformation initiatives. Prior to this he spent almost a decade at FICO, the US headquartered analytics and scoring business, where as Vice President HR Consulting he held multiple responsibilities including senior Business Partner to the global Sales, Marketing and Services organisation in addition to global Talent Acquisition and regional HR leadership. John holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School.
