Jazz is responsible for global HR at AmerisourceBergen. She joined the enterprise in 2011, as part of the Innomar Strategies business. 

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across the engineering, financial and healthcare industries, Jazz leads a team of 16 HR professionals dedicated to creating a high-performance culture. Her team is responsible for talent management, recruitment, performance management, organizational effectiveness, change management, total rewards, health and safety, and employee relations.

Jazz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from McMaster University. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and is a Certified Change Agent from Prosci, a Certified Facilitator in Crucial Conversations with VitalSmarts, and a Certified DISC Trainer.
