Per our 2023 event attendance guidelines, ION is able to cover travel and lodging expenses for GPO members for up to two Exchange events per year. To have hotel and airfare costs covered by the GPO:

• Practice members are eligible to fill six total slots over the four Exchange meetings across the calendar year
• With those six attendance opportunities, no one practice can send more than three individuals to any single event
• Individuals within the practice are eligible to attend up to two Exchange events of their choosing in a calendar year
• Practices and individuals can exceed these parameters set forth, but in doing so will be responsible for covering their own travel and lodging expenses for the events over these thresholds
