WORLD COURIER LAUNCHES CUSTOMER RESOURCE CENTER, ADDS THREE NEW OFFICES

STAMFORD, Connecticut, June 16, 2003—World Courier recently announced the launch of its new online Customer Resource Center (CRC), an Internet-based tool that allows clients to monitor active shipments and the current worldwide operational issues that can impact them.

“Our goal was to create an extremely user-friendly online resource that would help clients keep on top of today’s complex shipping environment,” says Wayne B. Heyland, President and Chief Executive Officer of World Courier Group. “By using CRC features like real-time worldwide operations alerts, online order entry, a variety of useful industry links, or advanced shipment tracking and bio-tracking, clients have 24-hour access to detailed information concerning active shipments. Shipping and packaging instructions can also be verified online, ensuring that potential problems are resolved before the shipment ever leaves the client’s premises.”

Accessible from the company’s main Web site at www.worldcourier.com , the CRC currently offers two separate portals – one specifically designed for biopharmaceutical users and one for non-bio users. New industry-oriented portals will be developed over time to streamline the online experience of each unique customer segment. Registration is required and access is password-protected.

The CRC is accessible by customers from everywhere throughout World Courier’s extensive system – a network that grew to 130 wholly-owned offices in 48 countries with the opening of Zagreb (Croatia), Leipzig (Germany) and Ottawa (Canada) in recent weeks. “Technology is a wonderful tool to help businesses communicate with their customers,” says Mr. Heyland, “but nothing replaces the one-on-one contact of local representatives. For this reason, the ongoing development of our network wherever there is a need remains a top priority at World Courier.”

Incorporated in 1969, World Courier has set the benchmark for worldwide time-sensitive transportation. It remains the only specialist courier company with its own global network dedicated to treating every shipment on an individual, priority basis. Today, World Courier is the acknowledged leader in delivering customized solutions and value-added services in growth markets such as the bio-medical, automotive and high-tech industries. Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, World Courier maintains a comprehensive international network of 130 wholly-owned offices operating in 48 countries around the globe.
